Our Column pillar candles are made from refined soy wax and good for home decoration. All candles in this collection are unscented. Please use a candle holder or candle plate underneath for the tear drip.

Burn time is 25-30 hours approximately and it may varies depending on the occasions. Wind could speed up the burning.

Unlike the traditional pillar candles, our Column Pillar candles can be leaky when burning. A flat, steady plate or candle dish is always recommended for underneath. If the wax is dripping too much, simply blow the candle out and wait until the leaked wax has slightly solidify. Scoop up the wax and place it back in the candle, blocking the leak holes. Wait until the wax has completely harden, trim the wick and relight. This will make the burning time longer.

Shipping is FREE on orders over $100. For orders under this amount, a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 applies. For shipping Express Post to most major metropolitan areas, a flat fee of $15.00 applies. You are also welcome to collect items directly from our Store conveniently located in Windsor, Brisbane.

For bulky and oversized items, once the order has been placed, we will forward a shipping quote via email and will require payment to finalise the sale and have your item/s shipped. Once payment has been received, we will arrange shipping and provide you with a tracking number to track delivery of your order. Please note that a shipping fee will still apply in most cases for delivery to the Store.

We do our best to ship your orders as soon as possible, and aim to ship the same day of the order being placed. This excludes orders for bulky or oversized items or pre order items where there may be delays in the items becoming available to us. Generally, the website will advise if an item is in stock or will require pre order.

Deliveries for bulky items will only be made during normal business hours to a residential or business address. No PO Boxes. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate as we are unable to accept responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect addresses. A re-delivery fee will most likely apply if an incorrect address has been given and requires re-delivery.

Please inspect your items as soon as they have been delivered and Report any damages or faulty items to H&W immediately in order to expedite a resolution. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, either a replacement (if available) or store credit will be issued.

FURNITURE/RUGS/CUSTOMER ORDERS

Regrettably, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on orders placed with either the deposit or full payment received for change of mind for these items. We believe in and stand by our Products and ask you to contact the store immediately after receiving your item/s to resolve any issues in regard to faulty or damaged products.

HOMEWARES / GIFTS 

We will gladly refund or exchange for damaged or faulty items. We will happily exchange or offer a store credit for change of mind provided the item is returned within 7 days and is unused and in original packaging.  Proof of purchase is also required. If the Customer has been established on our system, we are able to identify sales and proof of purchase is not required. are unable to offer exchange or credit on Sale items.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for Earrings and Hats due to hygiene reasons.
